How do I cancel my subscription? If you'd like to cancel your subscription, let us know before the 10th of the month and we will stop the shipments immediately. After the 10th of the month, your cancellation will take effect the following month. You can let us know by calling or by emailing Zoe at email@example.com.
How often are books shipped out? We ship out books on a monthly basis on either a continual basis or for either a three-month, six-month, or one-year period. The books will be shipped out on the 15th of every month
When will my first bookshop box be sent out? If you sign up before the 10th of a given month, your first box will be shipped that month on the 15th. Otherwise, the first shipment will be the following month.
What are my payment options: There are two options for payment: on a monthly, recurring basis or in full. If you pay in full, you will receive a discount - 10% - off the monthly price.
How long does a subscription last?: If you elect to pay monthly, your subscription will last until you contact us to cancel. If you elect to pay in-full, your subscription will last for three months, six months, or one year.
What if the recipient moves? Just let us know as soon as you can and we will make sure any future shipments are sent to their new address.
Can I renew my subscription?: Certainly! After we ship out the last box, you will receive an email from us asking if you'd like to continue with the subscription.
I have an idea for a themed box. Do you customize boxes? We sure can. E-mail Nathan at firstname.lastname@example.org and he will contact you to talk about the type of box you want to put together and give you a price quote.
I don't want a bookshop box shipped out on a monthly basis. Is that a requirement or can you ship them out on a different schedule? We can adjust the schedule in which books are shipped out. What if the person who is receiving the subscription box has already read the book or really dislikes the book? The Doylestown & Lahaska Bookshops will accept exchanges in-store, and only if the book is in sellable (brand-new) condition.
