Educator's Discount Program Online Registration Form

Thanks for your interest in our Educator's Discount Program.  For all teachers, we do need to see proof of current employment.  This can come in the form of a pay stub, teacher ID, union card or basically anything that has your name on it and shows that you are currently employed as a teacher.  You can copy your documentation and fax it to us at 215.230.7613, Attn: Educator's Discount Program.  We will not process your request for an Educator's Discount Card until we have all the necessary information.

When we have everything we need, we will mail you a copy of your Educator's Discount Card.  When you're in the store you will need to bring this card with you to get the discount.
