Pearl Polto, a nationally known author, talk show host, and credit expert, will be at the bookshop on Friday, August 27th at 6:30 pm to sign copies of her new book, Are We Doomed?: Enough is Enough, a stimulating, thought-provoking book that urges us to "stop sitting idly by while our great country is being shattered, bit by bit."

Polto has worked tirelessly as a staunch consumer advocate for over 25 years presenting seminars and speeches across the United States and lobbying state and local governments on behalf of the American consumer.

Book Description: The United States of America has been in trouble for a long time, but before we can correct the problems, we need to know what they are. The time has come for the people to know the truth about what is happening in our cities, our states and our country.
