Book Clubs at the Doylestown Bookshop

The Doylestown Bookshop currently hosts six book clubs that meet on a monthly basis. Read below on how to register an already existing club to save money on your selections. All book club book picks are 20% off when you buy them at our store.

Join us for a discussion of all things sci-fi, fantasy and horror at the Android's Dream Book Club. This book club meets on the first Thursday of every month.

There will be a discussion revolving around informative, historical novels. Although the group consists mainly of "matured" adults, folks of all ages are welcome. Meetings are on the second or first Friday of every month.

Food For Thought Book Club

Come and meet the official book club of the Doylestown Food Co-Op. We will be meeting on the second Tuesday of each month. The books we will be discussing focus on food and cooking.

The Humane Gardener: Nurturing a Backyard Habitat for Wildlife by Nancy Lawson

Join us for a book discussion group for women in business. Each meeting will focus on a business book and will include a guest facilitator for each session, based on the book. Guest facilitators will include business women from the Doylestown and Bucks County community. Come to all sessions or just drop in on a session that sounds interesting to you, no reservations required. Meetings will be held on the third Tuesday of the month at 5:30 pm. Wine and appetizers will be served during this happy hour meeting time!  Look forward to seeing you there!

The Go-Giver: A Little Story about a Powerful Business Idea by Bob Burg and John David Mann

The Undercover Reading Society is a Book Club held at the Doylestown Bookshop for readers entering 4-6th grade.  We will be reading books from three different genres: Realistic Fiction, Non-Fiction, and Fantasy.  Meeting will offer an opportunity to discuss the book in depth with other readers, as well as participate in activities related to the book and genre.
